What will you be doing:

• analysing business requirements for new functionalities and prepare UX/UI designs
• creating RWDs, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes of new functionalities
• applying newest trends and solutions for our customers
• collaborating with our internal Product and Commercial teams to gather requirements and propose best user experience solutions
• conducting user research, interviews and surveys
• demonstrating your ideas using story boards, process flows and other visualisation techniques
• building UX/UI style guide for future mobile application and other internal materials

What you have:

• proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio)
• experience in close collaboration with development teams
• presentation skills and ability clearly communicate and demonstrate your ideas to the stakeholders
• agile approach to product development and ability to deliver value incrementally and iteratively
• experience with design tools of your choice (Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite /Photoshop, Sketch, In Vision, Axure)
• knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS) and JavaScript is a plus
