UX Test Engineer.

StepStone is growing! In order to maintain our position as the best online job site, we are expanding our usability team with one UX test engineer.

The position will be responsible for performing AB testing on the StepStone website, and communication of the results after completion of tests.

You will work closely with our Product Owners and support them in questions regarding testing and reporting.

Desired skills for testing person:

Good Knowledge in JavaScript  – You should be able to browse/modify DOM elements and/or attach events to them without use of any frameworks.

• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge in Server side programming language.
• Knowledge of web development techniques: cookie, session, etc.
• ·         Knowledge in the principle of AB testing.
• ·         Knowledge of reporting.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
