Aloha! We are Kinaole, a UX Studio from Wrocław and we are looking for a UX Leader to join our team. 

As a UX Leader you will:

• Coordinate teams’ work
• Prepare projects’ plans 
• Cooperate with clients
• Cooperate with developers 
• Work on several projects at the same time (1-3) 
• Work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams 

Requirements:

• +3 years of UX experience
• 1-2 years of team management experience
• You know tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Jira and Confluence
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage yours and team’s time and tasks
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Fluency in English – minimum B2
• Portfolio of previous projects

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 & 2.2
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Leadership motivation 
• Good sense of humor
