What will you do

• Create content and key content design deliverables (content matrices, copy decks, presentation decks).
• Define content requirements based on relevant business objectives, technical information, and design considerations.
• Determine information architecture and content structure at the account level (sitemaps, content models, content templates, pattern libraries).
• Manage content design activities at the project level.
• Lead content design approaches, activities, and deliverables at the project level.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to gain consensus around content specifications at the account level.

What do we expect from you

• 2-3 years of content strategy/design experience;
• Prior software design and/or strategy experience preferred;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with colleagues, clients and partners, verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information sciences, journalism, industrial design, English studies or linguistics.
• Working knowledge of the content landscape, including but not limited to content design, content creation, content strategy, content marketing, content management and content operations.
• Experience planning and managing content initiatives.
• Understanding of human-centered design and design thinking mindset and approaches.
• Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills that enable you to evaluate a creative approach, brainstorm, and seek unexpected, original and innovative ideas.
• Advanced understanding of the production process (asset creation, specification creation, and handoff to development).
• Advanced interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven history of delivering results on time and within budget.
