We’re looking for another UX Designer in Poznań (Poland) to drive the continued improvement and innovation of the User Experience across our entire product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the product definition process with product owners and engineering team
• Create interaction design, user stories, wireframes, interactive prototypes
• Perform qualitative user research to understand user needs and evaluate design solutions for usability
• Work with other designers on visual appeal and consistency of Egnyte products
• Conduct effective meetings with project stakeholders to understand requirements, user goals and context of use

Must have:

• Experience in UX design area
• Ability to solve complex problems and make difficult decisions
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative user research methods

Nice to have:

• Experience with UX design for enterprise oriented products
• Portfolio that demonstrates experience in User Centered Design
• Experience with different platforms: Web, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac
• Experience with technologies such HTML/CSS/JS
• Ability to deliver highly interactive prototypes
• Experience in a practical application of product analytics
