Visual Designer

We are looking for a visual designer willing to develop their skills while designing complex IT systems (with experience in data visualization). Creating graphic projects and cooperating with a team of developers, testers, business analysts, etc., should be your second nature.

YOUR ROLE:

• Creating product graphic concepts (look and feel) for various clients
• Skill of transforming lo-fi mock-ups into advanced graphic projects
• Skill of data visualization, creative approach to data presentation so that they become graphically attractive and at the same time comprehensible and clear
• Collaborating with UX Specialists which should allow you to understand users better and translate solutions into graphic projects
• Cooperating and supporting developer teams.  

YOU ARE THE ONE, IF YOU HAVE:

• Visual design background, advanced knowledge of standard graphic tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and similar
• At least three years of experience with visual designing (evidenced in a portfolio)
• Understanding of the principles of visual designing, typography, usability or interaction designing
• Passion for UCD and for being an evangelist of user-oriented designing 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Experience with graphic designing for platforms – tablet, mobile, and a knowledge of good mobile platform designing practices
• Excellent skill of communicating in the English language
• Experience with agile methods or readiness to learn them
• Excellent skill of communicating in the English language.
