Our Recruitment Process:

• We’ll call you to get to know you better.
• You’ll be asked to answer 3 questions about your role in a form of a short video.
• We’ll challenge your ambition and check your skills with the recruitment task.
• During face to face meeting you’ll present results of your work and meet the Team.
• You are in – offer is on the way.

We’ll make sure to give you feedback after each step and inform on our decisions.

Who are you:

• Know your trade – you have 2-3+ years of experience as Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, Illustrator or similar craftsman. You know Adobe Suite and you like each-other.
• Understand importance of Visual Message. The way you understand your work is about creating meaning through your work, we don’t feel like having an ear-cutter onboard.
• Think systematic. You know that every creation should be unique, but building a consistent visual message is something equally important.
• Follow the trends and create them. You can respond to the specific project need, but you have your style, the one, that we are going to love.
• Proactive Spirit. You don’t wait for your supervisor to give you orders, but you know why you are here. Constant movement and progress excites you like a christmas gift.
• Curious and constant-learner. Our Team believes that when you stop learning you are basically moving backwards. You are looking for opportunities to grow and learn around you.
• Lead the team to right solutions. You can articulate your design decisions and explain your work, to get Team and Stakeholders onboard.
• Know that success is a Team Play. You not only communicate well, but listen to others and validate your assumptions.
