What to expect:
• Designing, prototyping web applications and user interfaces end-to-end along entire development processes
• Designing user flows
• Working closely with business side, relevant product owners and front-end developers team
• Conducting online/offline meetings with users (e.g. target user interviews, user journeys)
• Preparing mokups and animations for developers
• Implementing business ideas into UI design solutions
• Working with advanced IT and business tools

What we expect:
• 4+ years of experience working in the area of UX/UI Design
• A keen eye for detail and very high design standards, as well as a good understanding of how to use typography, icon language, color, form and structure
• Practical experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools (e.g. Marvel)
• Experience in data architecture design
• Knowledge of UCD (user-centered design) and HCI (human-computer interaction)
• Highly developed skills as a consultant/advisor for business client
• ‘Can do’ and ‘ship it’ attitude
• Great communication skills in English both written and spoken
• A degree in media, communication or graphic design/human computer interaction/information design will be an asset
