You will help us provide excellent User Experience services by being empowered to face challenges such as:

• Transforming concepts into wireframes and sketches that lead to excellent and intuitive user experience.
• Developing behavioral specifications which means identifying user’s goals and work patterns. Scenario creation, role playing and developing a persona for user modeling.
• Develop interaction, visual design, and create information architecture to develop products which excite users
• Research based on a client’s product vision and requirement analysis. Also researching trends, methods and theories which support your recommendations
• Usability testing to provide flawless user experiences
• Collaborating with team members in a multi-disciplinary team, making presentations for clients and applying changes based on a team leader’s or customer’s feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for you if you are a talented and experienced UX Designer.

What do we require from the perfect candidate?

• 3+ Years of experience in UX/UI projects. We also require experience in software, technology oriented diverse projects like: mobile and web apps, portals, intranets, transaction systems, AWD, RWD.
• Entrepreneurial mindset which means being fully responsible, accountable, caring about the company’s good and the client’s satisfaction. Able to come up with solutions, be self reliant and show initiative when facing challenges.
• Ability to use Axure, ScrumMaster or Agile and PowerPoint or Keynote
• Knowledge of the basic principles of cognitive psychology and Visual Storytelling which enables you to design a user journey
• Good team member, able to communicate smoothly and solve conflicts. Have good business writing skills, e.g. e-mails and meeting follow ups, which are crucial for effective communication.
• Creative, out of the box thinking and at the same time the ability to enhance the client’s vision. Have a good eye for detail and at the same time the ability to look at the project on a larger scale.
• English language min. B2 level

It will be also nice if you have:

• Experience in working with big, international projects
• Ability with UML Modeling
• Ability to create surveys for customer research purposes
