UX/UI Designer

Baytekin Media is looking for a passionate and talented web designer to join its team in Katowice, Poland. The ideal candidate is a designer with exceptional web design, UX/UI and digital content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs and drive the vision of complex responsive web and mobile applications (www.protipster.com)

• Visually solve problems in collaboration with the broader team including developers, other designers and product managers

• Advise, collaborate with and synthesize feedback from users and product team

• Assist with implementation of visual updates and upgrades

• Create promotional assets, banners, sliders, email templates and internal tools for online campaigns and marketing actions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications

• Degree in a design related field, or demonstrated design knowledge in equivalent practical experience

• Exceptional graphic-design skills, creativity and artistic sense

• Keen understanding of user-centered design, information architecture and usability principles

• Background in creating engaging websites and / or mobile apps

• Team player who genuinely enjoys working with others

• Takes initiative to solve problems with excellent follow through

• Good knowledge of your tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Fluency in English (English-speaking environment)

Pluses

• Passion for sports and/or sports betting industry

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS basics

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Experience with motion graphics, ability to create animated content

• Knowledge of project management software such as Jira

Type of employment

This is a full-time position so we aim to offer permanent employment. The probation period will be 3 months.
