Hemnes Group is an innovation factory operating in areas of
outsourcing, software development and project financing. For our client,
we are currently searching for:

UX/UI Designer

Our client is a fintech startup based in Coppenhagen. The team’s quest is
to make banking for small businesses better by providing a simple,
seamless banking solution that fits their needs. Design and design
thinking is crucial, and every solution should have great design and UX –
especially the solutions used to handle money.

Responsibilities:

•  Use design thinking principles of human-centric approach to investigate the problem area and identify latent needs
•  Shape and create the entire brand identity, including colors, logo, fonts, etc.
•  Create the UX, mockups, design prototypes, wireframes and UI of the service and our website
•  Be a central part of the entire journey from idea to final solution
•  Disrupt banking industry by creating great experiences and design

You:

•  can present a portfolio featuring examples of interaction design works
•  consider yourself a wizzard when it comes to pushing pixels
•  create top UI without compromising on the UX
•  posess deep knowledge and work experience in web/mobile design
•  are self-driven and entrepreneurial
•  have motion graphic skills (as a plus)
•  are OK at getting feedback
•  like to be your own boss
•  are a team player
•  are experienced with prototyping (paper, mockups, wireframes)

Language:

 English is the working language (Danish/Norwegian/Swedish is a plus).

Personal qualities:

You are a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment. You are pro-active and have the ambition to be one of the best designers in the world. You have a strong interest in technology and innovation.

 16 000 – 27 000 PLN/month net (B2B)
