JOB DESCRIPTION
As a User Experience Writer you will work through the entire development cycle: from receiving requirements from internal and external stakeholders, through development of workflows and information architecture, creation of wireframes and prototypes to the research and assesment of implemented interfaces. In short you will be focused on delivering a world-class user-friendly content for our products. User Experience Writer will report to the User Experience Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates and maintains clear, concise, and consistent user-interface copy based on user-interface specifications and UX writing guidelines,
- Creates and maintains useful and meaningful texts that help users complete their tasks at hand,
- Validates copy created by other UX specialists,
- Advocates for users while understanding product and business goals,
- Stay up-to-date with UX writing practices and trends,
- Acts as a subject matter expert and point of contact for UX writing,
- Provides feedback on writing and design,
- Provides data-informed insights to improve existing experience,
- Ensures tactical execution of narratives across all digital touch points within products,
- Collaborates with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product and Service Owners, Developers to define requirements, manage projects, and incorporate stakeholder feedback,
- Develops concepts for early stage products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English writing skills, with consistence, precision and details orientation,
- Proven experience with user experience design / prototyping interactive experiences of enterprise web applications,
- At least basic knowledge of rich web application design methods, usability, navigation schemes, hierarchy & composition, information architecture and current design trends/best practices.
- A strong ability to scope and identify design requirements.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team and across the entire development lifecycle.
- Attention to detail and care for producing polished work.
- Experience in Axure, Sketch and InVision or other relevant prototyping tool.
- A great portfolio of work.
