About the role

We’re looking for a person who will take responsibility for the way Talixo products communicate with their users; this includes multiple aspects like wording, glossary and language unification, translations, and more. This position will require first-rate, adaptable communication skills, serving both internal and external stakeholders. An analytical mindset and exploratory curiosity will also come in handy for the challenges ahead.

What will you do

• Write and shape the end-to-end user journey with Talixo
• Evolve the communication channels between our digital products and their users
• Work closely with business stakeholders to derive a compelling product narrative
• Be the focal point for product content and translations
• Maintain and expand the Talixo knowledge base and glossary
• Participate in usability studies, especially in terms of the language used
• Collaborate with team leaders in developing training materials and policies

Who you are

• Education or professional experience in UX writing, translations, linguistics, or content creation
• Excellent verbal and written English (min. C1), with a good understanding of nuances of the language
• Polish min. C1
• Analytical mindset

Bonus points for 

• German (communicative)
• Experience in business analysis, product or UX design
• Basic design and graphic editing skills and tools
