Good user experience is not just about good user flow and great interaction, but it is also about content. Therefore, we need to find the last part of our puzzle!

Job Description:

    • Your work will be instrumental in shaping dashboards, navigation labels, notifications, calls to action, onboardings and more;
    • You will be creating and maintaining the Insider tone of voice;
    • You will closely work with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
    • You will design, draft, and edit technical and process documentation.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, HCI, Translation or related field;
    • At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX Writer;
    • Preferably experienced in product company;
    • Experience in InVision or other prototyping tools
    • Understanding of Microcopy, UX;
    • High proficiency in English;
    • Most importantly; show eagerness to grow and learn more about the business. This includes asking questions, reading and being open and responsive to feedback/areas of improvement.
