We’re looking for a freelance UX/UI Designer to create some outstanding designs 🎨 for our portfolio companies and potential clients!

👉 Do you enjoy working with international clients?

👉 Do you enjoy drawing bridges between challenges and solutions (literally)?

👉 Do you like to paint software in colors so it’s not transparent anymore?

👉 Do you like to keep working on your terms as a freelancer, but with an opportunity to join us in the future?

We are looking only for freelancers.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating comprehensive UX strategies in line with business requirements, best practices, and technical limitations
• Working hand in hand with our teams to deliver sales proposals and gathering high-level requirements from potential clients
• Meeting clients and taking part in client workshops as a part of the Ragnarson team

Must-haves:

• Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of Figma for design and feedback
• Outstanding UI portfolio
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Great self-organization skills and a sense of ownership
