Job description
As part of the UX/UI unit, you will take charge of creating a state-of-the-art experience for our clients, consultants, and employees. The tasks and systems you will work on range from web applications, websites, native apps, and PWA’s. You will be heavily influencing business-critical systems and processes, creating unique experiences for all key stakeholders in the organization.

Responsibilities
You will take charge of the UX/UI throughout the process, from scoping and prototyping and design to user testing and deployment. Translate specifications from a business or IT perspective into usable user experiences on both simple and very complex workflows.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer, with the skills to:

· build user stories, and map user flows
· understand the business requirements and goals of a project, and the ability to question them
· bring ideas to life through prototyping
· create appealing and user-friendly designs – with strong attention to details
· conduct user testing – online & onsite
· focus on the overview while having an eye on the details
· communicate fluently and confidently in English
· at least 5 years of documented experience

We work in Figma, and it is considered a plus if you have knowledge of Google Analytics,
Usertesting.com, Hotjar, or other user-behavior tracking tools.

Team
You will become part of an agile UX/UI team, which will work closely with the dev-team,
consisting of 15 colleagues.
