We’re looking for a passionate and pragmatic UI/UX designer to join a fast paced Proptech startup that develops great web and mobile experiences.

The UI/UX Designer position is part of our Warsaw-based team.

Responsibilities

• working with senior creative staff and clients on a range of projects
• producing design specifications and assets for web and mobile software implementation
• communicating with team members and clients to receive feedback
• supporting the team throughout the execution of projects

Requirements

• some creative industry experience
• strong expertise in iOS/Android or Web design principles
• experience in Sketch, InVision and similar prototyping tools
• familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• attention to detail with a strong focus on organization, logic, and analysis
• knowledge of UI patterns (Material Design, iOS, Human Interface Guidelines, etc.)
• appreciation and consideration of technical requirements and constraints
• the motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• the willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
