POSITION SUMMARY: 
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Warsaw. You will be responsible for creating top-class design experiences for our client’s products. As a member of a design team, you will be cooperating with the best experts and practitioners to generate UX deliverables and demonstrating the business value of solid design.
ESSENTIALS:
  • Location: Warsaw, Poland
  • Employment: Full-time with flexible employment options (UoP, B2B, Umowa Zlecenie)
  • Project industry: Software development for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries
  • Company size: 40+
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other relevant deliverables
  • building Design Systems for web & mobile applications
  • collaborating with our client’s Product and Commercial teams to gather requirements, users data, business context, usability findings and propose smart and innovative solutions
  • participating or conducting design thinking workshops, user research, and UX audits

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • 2 + years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer proven by portfolio
  • experience in close collaboration with development teams
  • presentation skills and ability clearly communicate and demonstrate your ideas to the stakeholders
  • experience with design tools (Google Suite, Sketch, In Vision, Miro)
  • experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD)
  • fluent english is a must

NICE TO HAVES:
  • knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS) and JavaScript is a plus
  • experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience with working in an international environment
