Job Description

Title: UX/UI Designer
Location: Warsaw
Reports to: Head of Product
Type: Full-Time
Competitive compensation: 8-11 000 PLN + VAT on B2B, if you prefer a different contract type we are flexible

We are looking for an experienced UX / UI designer.

Responsibilities

• Designing cutting-edge web (responsive design) and mobile products
• Analysing user data and behavior (Mixpanel, GA, Hotjar)
• Articulate UI requirements using static, prototype, and motion deliverables
• Testing mockups and products with users
• Ensure the quality of all the Foap’s visual communication
• Designing sales and marketing-related materials (case studies, sales presentations)

Your profile

• Exceptional digital portfolio with a strong understanding of UI/UX and Interaction design across web/mobile
• 3+ years professional experience in web design
• Strong, clean visual design sense; Advocate for simple, modern design and adherence to design conventions and best practices (e.g., responsive, accessibility)
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with iOS and Android UX patterns
• Experience in responsive design
• Experience with running Design Sprints is a plus
• Experience in A/B testing is a plus
• Experience in user testing is a plus
• Experience with using HotJar, Mixpanel and Google Analytics is a plus
• Experience with designing animations is a plus
