We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team!

Polidea is a design & development studio delivering mobile, web and IoT solutions, based in Warsaw. We have more than 100 digital projects in our portfolio. Among our clients are Dolby, Philips, Folx, Timeular, Braster, Best Buddies. And we are tech and design passionates, seriously!

It would be great if you:

• Are a graduate of Design Studies (Product Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, etc.) and have experience in the mobile/web sector
• Have an outstanding knowledge of variety of design applications, e.g: Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch
• Know what are the values of a good design process
• Are able to create application wireframes, animations and interactive prototypes using your preferred program
• Want to spread the word about design on conferences, internal or external meetups, Behance or anything you like
• Are eager to learn new design trends, tools, methods
• Have a very good level of spoken and written English

Your day at Polidea will be about:

• Working in interdisciplinary teams on web and mobile projects for international clients
• Preparing and conducting workshops to help our clients with product strategy and ideation
• Drilling down the project’s logic to achieve to best and simplest solution
• Creating UIs and cooperating with Graphic Designers if needed
• Taking care of communication with your client and articulating design decisions with the support of Project Managers
