Visla ( http://visla.co ) is software agency focused on delivering high end mobile and web solutions. We are looking for UX/UI Designer to join our team in Warsaw.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceive, develop and present ideas that deliver the highest quality user experience in terms of innovation, simplicity and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders and customers to help define detailed product requirements as app flows, detailed wireframes and prototypes.
• Deliver user interface designs that reflect a strong understanding and practical application of how typography, color theory, iconography, and branding elements enable great interactive experiences across all devices.
• Work with developers to ensure the designs are implemented as intended and the integrity of the user experience is maintained in the final product.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mastery of graphic design fundamentals (i.e. layout, typography, color theory, micro-interactions, etc.).
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and the like is a must.
• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JS will be a plus.
• Illustrative skills will be a plus too.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
