At Upside we are a software development company focus on creating digital products, mostly in digital commerce space. For the last years we have been working alongside startups helping them to build reliable technology, as well as with giants helping them in bringing fresh ideas onto the stage. The majority of our Clients come from retail, e-commerce and fin-tech and we’re also very active in the Open Source community.

Location: Office in Kraków with an ability to work remotely.

Your Team: You’ll join our experienced Design Lead Konrad and work directly with our entire development team. We are almost 20 people in total now.

Projects and Clients: You’ll have a healthy mix of long-term and short-term projects allowing you to deliver value but also experiment on the way.

You’re looking at the right position if:

• You have working experience in designing great digital products (web/mobile/other)
• You are passionate about User Experience
• You have the ability to understand complex business processes and by applying this knowledge into your designs create high-quality products ideas that really fit business goals
• You have skills to present your work to Stakeholders and have a constructive discussion around it
• You have strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team of strategists, designers, and developers
• You’re fluent in English (at least B2)
