We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

To be successful in this position you should evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology, keeping in mind maximizing the revenues.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating a consistent, customer-focused and sales enhancing experience across all eCommerce websites and digital platforms,
• Combining various sources of customer input (analytics, best practices, user panels) to analyze user insights to find the balance between user, business, and technical needs; Working closely together with the analytics / site optimization team,
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboard, sitemaps, and prototypes,
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets,
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a related field and/or 3+ years’ relevant work experience in eCommerce gained in an international environment,
• Self-starter with a strong ability to plan & prioritize work efforts in collaboration with stakeholders,
• Experience on what it takes to deliver user and consumer journeys, concepts maps, flows, and sketches/wireframes/prototypes,
• Expert-level working knowledge of HTML & CSS, and of relevant design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Abstract and other prototyping tools,
• Ability to design accessible web solutions,
• Good knowledge of at least one of these methodologies: design sprint, design studio, design thinking,
• Experience in working with design team,
• Affinity with visual, content, browser and device aspect of UX,
• Experience in working closely together with a variety of stakeholders, like marketing, IT, merchandising and content management,
• Understanding how agile scrum processes work,
• Successful working experience in multinational matrix organization,
• Fluency in English – verbal and written.
