UX/UI Designers needed for a remote position (or in Johannesburg)

🌎 100% REMOTELY
💰 Salary 20,000 to 27,000 PLN net / month, depending on experience

💻 2 years of professional experience is a must, ideally 3+ years

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer for a virtual production studio, democratising CGI (computer-generated imagery) and VFX (visual effects), giving millions of independent content creators the ability to create high quality, photorealistic, VFX for their projects in moments, at low cost and with technical ease.
The UX/UI Designer will lead the charge of developing top-notch user experiences across the site and mobile app. They will work with the business and technology groups to balance the needs and capabilities of the organization with the best possible user experience. They will be responsible for leading quality execution and UX/UI process through the entire product design life cycle, from sketches, conceptual wires to high fidelity designs, and their development.
Requirements
  • Adobe, InVision or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design (both mobile and web applications)
  • Experience in designing business apps and websites, proven by your personal portfolio
  • Good mind for structure and user flow and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to create user stories
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates a meticulous, thoughtful approach and attention to detail
  • English C1 and experience in working with overseas clients

Nice to have

  • Experience in designing content-heavy/media/magazine style applications
Responsibilities
  • Designing the experience and interface for the company’s mobile and desktop applications
  • Creating high-quality visual designs and user experiences
  • Design user-centric solutions that are simple and effective; transforming ideas and concepts into high fidelity designs
  • Inventing new ways to implement our technologies and generating new ideas for projects
