We support organisations of many sizes and industries with the creation of outstanding digital products and services that give them an edge in their digital transformation and growth. Our team of 25 marketing and technology experts is spread across offices in Austria, Germany and Poland. From there we create websites, e-commerce solutions and web applications on the pulse of time.

Your Role

• As a member of our agile project teams you work on concept and design of state-of-the-art websites, online shops and web applications

• You take the customer’s perspective and translate sophisticated service and product requirements into simple and intuitive buyer/user journeys

• You create sketches, mockups and interactive prototypes

• You plan and create corresponding UX/UI designs for outstanding brand and user experiences

• You run user tests/interviews and collect feedback

• You create and maintain brand styleguides and design systems

• You present your work in front of our clients and help moderate design workshops

• Besides your work on client projects your creative input goes into our own brand and related materials

Your Profile

• You have a college/university degree (digital media, media design, etc.) or can demonstrate relevant work experience

• You have at least 3 years of actual work experience in a digital agency, IT service provider or a relevant client environment

• You are confident in using relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Xd, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign), Sketch or InVision

• You like to work independently, but also in close cooperation and coordination with customers and our team

• You are creative but never lose sight of the essentials and convince with your reliability and precise way of working

• You are fluent in English and ideally also German (we may offer training)

• You have excellent presentation and communication skills

• You have experience working with content management or e-commerce platforms

• You have worked with medium-sized or large companies in the past
