Hi,

We are looking for a UX/UI Desginer with experience to work in an international environment. The project will have a core team that will follow an Agile methodology to develop the required application in an incremental, user-oriented way.

Location: 100% remotely or relocation to Norfolk, Virginia.

must have:
– Experience working on complex Web or mobile application designs
– Strong experience in the development of artifacts such as sketches, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, motion design, and project documentation
– Proficient in a variety of design and prototyping tools – Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, or others
– Knowledge and understanding of accessibility standards, interaction and visual design trends and best practices
– Experience working with teams embracing Agile DevSecOps principles
– Strong skills with User Centered Design (UCD) methods
– UI Design, UX Design, User Experience Analyst, or CustomerCentered Design Certification

Salary ranges:
remote: 90 – 130 PLN net plus VAT /h
US: 140 – 190 PLN net plus VAT /h
