Your mission
We are looking for a talented individual to provide expertise for setting up a User Centered Design process at the heart of our IT department. We are working on creating Usability Testing Processes in order to build the best product for our customers. Testing mockups of new stories, reviewing existing features with potential customers- those are the first steps we are planning to focus on. The UX specialist will be involved in this process assisting Product Owners in story writing, creating mockups, setting up usability tests, compiling results and advising POs and developers how to adjust the stories in order to provide the best food ordering experience to our customers.

• Help develop and drive User Acceptance vision
• Create mockups for new stories
• Suggest optimizations for existing features
• Drive Usability testing events
• Develop user engagement strategy
• Analyze results of usability testing events

 
Your skills

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience in interaction design, web design, graphic design or a related field
• Experience in user interface design, with specific expertise in web-based applications
• Experience in graphical user interface design
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design process, information design, visual design, and industry GUI standards
• Exceptional communication skills – spoken and written
• Demonstrated teamwork, innovation and creativity
• Advanced fluency in English, knowledge of German would be a plus

• Experience working with Scrum
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with creating interactive mockups
