We have a team of more than 600 experts, who know their stuff. We use common sense more often than we use the procedures. And most probably, we play the most fierce table football matches in Wrocław. We develop Enterprise-class software in the atmosphere full of the English sense of humour.

You will be responsible for the creation of high-quality software. You won’t work alone. You will be a part of the team where developers, technical architects, business analysts and testers work together. This is because we work in a real Agile environment. We have created our own process where the crucial aspects are communication and a strong friendly relationship with the customer. We also continuously improve our skills and knowledge by peer code reviews, workshops and communities, as well as attending trainings and conferences.

Your role

• Close cooperation with development teams – helping build the teams’ engagement in providing high-level UX, ensuring the clarity and understanding of how the developed product helps users and business reach their goals; providing everyday support.
• Close cooperation with Product Owners and Business Analysts to provide support and make sure that users’ needs and goals are always taken into account and covered during product planning and development.
• Prototyping solutions for user interfaces (Mobile applications, internet services, etc.)
• Planning and running UX workshops with users and stakeholders, conducting user research.
• Verification of concepts and validation of delivered solutions at various stages of product development.
• Describing the concepts of interfaces, based on user requirements, functional scope – drafting documents, internal and customer presentations. Delivering reports, personas, scenarios, functional flows, etc. to share them with business and teams.
• Creating UX standards and UX development strategy in our organization. Delivering consultations and workshops for colleagues in Objectivity.
• Tracing trends in customer experience, innovative interface, new products and services across different industries.

You are the one, if you have

• Basic understanding of graphic design and attention to detail.
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX Specialist or similar
• Passion for UCD and for being an evangelist of user-oriented designing.
• Ability to design lo-fi and hi-fi mock-ups.
• Understanding of research methods and design techniques, qualitative and quantitative methods, personas, mock-up and user test designing, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience of working in Scrum or readiness to do it.
• Excellent skills of communicating in English.
