We are looking for a UX Researcher to support our product team. You will be responsible for leading all research initiatives and have an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing sustainability business. In your role you will work closely with UXUI Designers, Product Managers and CX Specialists to deliver the best customer experience.

You will:

• Plan, design, prepare and run user research activities to support UXUI Designers and Product Managers in continuous improvement of our platforms
• Support Product Managers in constructing and validating their long-term product strategy with target customers
• Make recommendations on how to optimize CJs, features and our services
• Synthesize user research findings into valuable insights
• Lead and moderate usability and user testing sessions with internal stakeholders and end users
• Design, execute and analyze quantitative and qualitative surveys
• Create and contribute to the overall product and research strategy
• Organize and moderate cross-functional workshops
• Educate the organization on best methods and techniques for effectively and efficiently validating our requirements and concepts at different parts of the product development cycle
• Prioritize and effectively communicate the value of the findings to the entire company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on user-centric web design projects
• Ability to distill complex problems into clear recommendations
• Great storytelling skills
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (we use Figma and Axure)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a broader team
• International research experience
• Full business proficiency in English
• (ideally) Interest in sustainability, CSR, ecology
• (ideally) Experience in working with advanced SAAS projects
• (ideally) French language at communicative level
