The UX Research team at Motorola Solutions is tasked with understanding user workflows, challenges and needs. We uncover the right insights, synthesize them into actionable opportunities so that our designers and engineers can envision future technology that creates meaningful outcomes for our customers. We work closely with design and development teams to ensure the best end-to-end solutions.

 As a User Experience Research Intern you will work with UX researchers and Human Factors experts to:

• conduct research,
• capture and synthesize insights
• present findings to various teams.

You will create research artifacts like user stories and profiles, day-in-the-life scenarios, workflows and use case documents to help deepen organizational understanding of our users. Additionally, you will collaborate on a regular basis with designers, engineers and data scientists on envisioning exercises based on research insights.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, User Experience Design, Human Centered Design, Psychology, Sociology or similar field (student status is obligatory)
• Availability at least 24 hours per week,
• Foundational knowledge of UX research, user experience, usability and UCD methodologies,
• The ability to draw conclusions from research and observation
• Basic design skills and interest in data visualization
• Focus on multitasking and the ability to manage your own time
• Ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English
• Strong motivation to acquire knowledge and develop competences
