We hold offices in the USA, Canada and Europe however our headquarters are based in Gdansk, Poland. Currently we have over 250 employees and we would like to expand our team by adding one more creative and energetic member who will hold the position of UX Researcher.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in executing usability / ethnographic / contextual inquiry studies
• knowledge in a variety of qualitative research methods including remote 
studies, lab and field studies, competitive benchmarking, participatory design 
workshops, diary studies, heuristic evaluations, survey research etc.
• experience in researching web, tablet and mobile SaaS & e­commerce 
applications
• ability to present a portfolio of previous research studies
• a history of KPI & data driven decision making experience that can be discussed
• strong verbal and written presentation skills to communicate clear and concise 
results to project stakeholders
• an empathetic individual able to tune into a customers perspective
• an outstanding command of the English language

Additional assets include:

• background of planning & conducting user research overseas (specifically the US, UK and other English speaking markets)
• ability to plan and conduct quantitative research including intercept surveys, A/B tests, conversion funnels and other analytics
• obsession with metrics and optimization and a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel and other analytical tools
