• Know your trade – you have 2–3+ years of experience as UX Researcher, Market Researcher, Data Analyst, Academic Research or other that includes research-activities.
• Understand how to do it. Research ain’t easy – we know it, that’s why we need you to know how to select the right method for research, be it qualitative or quantitative.
• Worked with Users. You know how to listen to people, so you actually understand what they mean not what they say. You are familiar with recruiting participants, conducting research, and delivering findings.
• Proactive Spirit. You don’t wait for your supervisor to give you orders, but you know why you are here. Constant movement and progress excites you like a christmas gift. 
• Communicate on different levels . You get along well with your developers, designers, project managers as well as directors and VPs.
• Curious and constant-learner. Our Team believes that when you stop learning you are basically moving backwards. You are looking for opportunities to grow and learn around you.
• Lead the team to right solutions. You can articulate your design decisions and explain your work, to get Team and Stakeholders onboard.
