You’ll join our agile product team as the first UX researcher at the company to incorporate users’ needs into the product development cycle. Your responsibility will be to design and conduct the research to bring valuable and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with relationship managers, product owners, designers and engineers to shape the product our users will love.

What you’ll do all day:

• identify key research questions/hypothesis and objectives in partnership with product, design and engineering teams,
• define, plan, and execute experiments and usability studies to uncover tendencies of users,
• collect and analyze user behavior through a variety of research methods (e.g. in-depth interviews, field studies, focus groups),
• prepare research reports and translate data into insightful and actionable findings,
• identify and explore new opportunities before they make it onto the drawing board/market.

You will love this job if you:

• are great at needs discovery and usability testing,
• love creating reports and are keen on sharing whatever you find with the whole team,
• are familiar with methods for gathering qualitative data,
• have experience working with corporate customers in a B2B environment,
• are proficient in planning and conducting in-depth interviews,
• are able to distinguish feature requests from actual customer needs,
• have good understanding of statistics and have your favourite tools for data processing,

Our Warsaw office

We are a healthy mixture of engineers and business people. There are daily challenges and lots of fast learning across the board. This is the best job we have had so far. We work hard, get challenged every day and learn a great deal.We go out to cool places, eat well and have lots of fun together.

Our Warsaw office has a hammock and a flying helicopter but the work we do is serious. We open it up for meetups, guests, and our friends.
