G2A.com is looking for specialist for UX&Creative team.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting independent research, analyzing user behaviors
2. Liaising with Interface Designers, Product Owners, UX Designers & Key Stakeholders to improve product features and develop new ones
3. Working on all G2A branded products (from the G2A Marketplace, through our affiliate program, payments system to charity & TV)
4. Collecting and analyzing user behavior through studies, surveys & various experiments.
5. Initiating changes by communicating the results to key stakeholders
6. Delivering constant contribution to the team and the company with a view to becoming the Global No. 1 Digital Marketplace
7. Working with other UX Researchers on defining the basis of new implementation
8. Delivering UX excellence that will contribute to an award-winning portfolio of G2A

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate track record of implemented improvements or present solid case studies with meaningful impact
2. Excellent understanding of statistics and the principles of design
3. Great interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work with developers, designers and stakeholders
5. Understanding of the Design Thinking & UX terminologies
6. Ability to improve one’s job performance
7. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
8. Ability to adapt accordingly with the growth of the company
