Currently, for our client  –an IT company we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of: UX Research Director

Responsibilities:

• Research strategy and its implementation on both qualitative and quantitative level.
• Establishing a strong position of the Research Team inside the company by helping other departments with identification of their key metrics, bringing valuable insight that impacts the business bottom line.
• Delivering UX excellence that will contribute to an award-winning portfolio.
• Delivering constant contribution to the team and company with a view to becoming the Global No. 1 Digital Marketplace.
• Team leadership

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate & collaborate both internally and externally
• Ability to present and implement findings across various agile teams & help with their implementation by liaising with Product Owners
• Great knowledge and experience with various user tests (A/B Testing, Ethnographic research, FirstClick testing and others.)
• Great command of both Qualitative & Quantitative Research
• Understanding of the Design Thinking & UX terminologies
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt accordingly with the growth of the company
