As a UX Designer at intent you will:

• Overseeing and motivating your team of UX designers
• Working in sync with our UI team
• Preparing prototypes, information architecture and more (you know the drill)
• Planning and conducting UX research when necessary
• Facilitating workshops (e.g. Design Sprints, kick off workshops)
• Cooperation with the marketing and sales team
• Working with clients on estimating work, preparing design proposals and processes, outlining UX strategy and doing everything that result in amazing products that realize both business goals and real user needs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UX design and research
• Rich portfolio of work explaining the “why” behind your decisions and process
• Proven ability to make an idea into a working product
• Ability to conduct research, including competitive research, in-depth interviews, usability testing and UX audits
• Experience in organizing and conducting workshops with clients, stakeholders or internal teams
• Good understanding of the development process and being able to providing clear design documentation and/or direction (we prefer clear communication over documents)
• Basic understanding of business models to help clients improve both their products and business processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English (we work with international clients)
• An ability to think about the big picture and innovations, but also focus on detail-oriented work
• Ability to clearly communicate your work and decisions
