UX Lead is a person responsible for UX team performance.

Requirements:

Team Lead experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Gathering and validating business and functional requirements with representatives from the business

Creating user scenarios/flows to illustrate how users will use the application to complete its underlying business processes

Building user interface concepts as blue-prints of the proposed front-end solution ensuring that the user experience architecture is aligned with the capabilities and limitations of the core platform and integration points

Creating mock-ups of the proposed user interfaces with high-fidelity visual design, reflecting the exact look & feel of the proposed front-end solution

Fine-tuning mock-ups based on client and user feedback

Working with developers to ensure exact implementation of approved mock-ups and ad-hoc problem-solving in order to meet delivery timelines

Highly experienced with User-centered design

Innovative thinking while working within technical limitations of underlying solutions

Highly developed wireframing skills: Visio, Axure, iRise, or other prototyping tool

Advanced visual design skills: Adobe CS, Fireworks, or equivalent
