GfK Polonia Sp. z o. o. , a part of the GfK Group, is one of the largest market research company in the world. Due to the dynamic development of the Polish market we are looking for a:

                                 Head of User Experience

GfK UX is seeking a talented and passionate individual to help build its growing User Experience team in Warsaw. As a part of the biggest UX-Team worldwide (over 150 researchers) and designers you will benefit from the unique collaboration between UX research and market research. This senior User Experience role will be a key voice of user experience both to clients as well as internally. You will play a key part in the formulation of product strategies and creating the best experiences for the client’s customers and the agency’s clients. You will be responsible for  UX Key Account-Management as well as the organization, conducting and analyzing exciting UX projects for large, international clients. Candidates should have a strong, in-depth knowledge of User Interface Design principles and processes, Human Factors, Interaction Design guidelines, industry standards and trends, and the software development process.

With the chance to work with Global clients, your responsibilities will include:

• Building a team of talented UX professionals; inspiring them and growing their capabilities to bring leading edge UX design thinking into our clients and project teams.
• Selling our UX work to clients, using your own network and the network of GfK in COUNTRY and globally. Being confident in presenting UX, skilled in methods and proven record in providing creative solutions to client problems.
• Owning the team’s work to ensure delivery of meaningful digital experiences, as well as consistency and high quality output.
• Developing the agency’s UX product and proposition to grow GfK’s role as the leading UX global agency.
• Working closely with the other parts of the business to collaborate & manage the delivery of work.

We will definitely short-list you if you bring most of the following requirements:

• Outstanding experience in User Experience Research and Design (e.g. operating as an user researcher, information architect, interaction designer, or user experience designer). (ideally 4+ years)
• Experience across all areas of UX including: research, insights, strategy, experience architecture, IA, design, multiple device formats, optimization, testing, analytics.
• Talent for strategic and operational business development.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams, inspiring passion, dedication and amazing work from all team members.
• Proven experience with senior clients with engaging presentation skills and excellent written communication skills.
• You should have strong interpersonal skills, be confident and be an articulate presenter both internally and to clients.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environment and international teams
• Proven track record of developing sales with corporate clients
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools used for the creation of specifications as well as tools used for demonstration and prototyping purposes (for example: HTML, CSS, Flash, Axure).
