UX Expert  who will innovate healthcare

We are the IT center for Roche – a company in the top 10 biggest R&D spenders worldwide.

We do #Code4life creating innovative software that helps doctors, patients, and scientists around the world.

We are looking for an experienced UX Expert who will lead UX activities in an assigned project/business area. You will work with cross-functional teams, aligning their goals to execute on multiple levels, synthesize information, insights, and feedback to develop holistic and effective products. You will be responsible for creating a Customer-Centric mindset within the organization as well as setting and executing UX strategy. You will provide direction and leadership to groups of professionals, fostering creativity, and helping to achieve goals.

We need IT Expert – UX who has:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a usability expert, UX designer, UX researcher
• Experience in leading design teams for complex IT projects
• Passion for User-centered design and high attention to detail creating design deliverables demonstrated by a portfolio or samples of work
• Great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas, can speak on management level
• Experience in workshop facilitation
• Knowledge about current technological trends and being able to pitch solution proposals to stakeholders on senior management level
• Experience in creating team vision & strategies
• Experience in being a mentor and developing others
• Total Cost of Ownership approach when designing and enhancing applications
• Fluency in English
