JOB DESCRIPTION
  • You will be part of a flat product team including passionate programmers, task setters and a product manager, with whom you’ll collaborate closely.
  • You will help translate ideas (business needs and user goals) via wireframes, behavioral specs and personas into elegant, intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • You will create compelling and unique digital visuals people talk about.
  • You will relentlessly improve our interface to make it an obvious eye-candy.
  • You will drive and constantly improve usability testing.
  • You will inspire the team with a constant flow of best case practices and latest trends in interaction design.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • You easily break down complexity into simple, elegant, user-centred solutions.
  • You create compelling and unique digital visuals (from concept to placing the final pixel).
  • You have strong visual communication skills, an eye for details and an inspiring portfolio.
  • You’ve solid understanding of web application UX and design principles and are constantly on the ball of ‘what’s next’.
  • You know the ins and outs of effective usability testing.
  • You’re a pro in your favorite tools (can be Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,..)
  • You thrive in a startup environment, like it agile and are not afraid to drive projects from scratch.
  • You are comfortable and effective in an English speaking environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • You’re proficient in modern web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, Sass).
  • You understand common software development practices.

Our Team and Warsaw Office:
We are a healthy mix of engineers and business people. We like it challenging and informal and call a loft office in the city centre (Metro Ratusz Arsenał) our ‘home’. Our office has a hammock and a (toy) helicopter, but the work we do is serious. We regularly open our office for meetups, co-workers, friends and clients.
