With our partner, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of building materials, we are developing great software to digitalize their operations. The goal is to build modern, cloud based solutions to analyze data from complex manufacturing environment, extract knowledge from them and present it in a high-scalable and high-quality way.

The Responsibilities:

• Co-setting the high quality UX standards.
• Work closely with product team on design proposals and UX strategy, to fulfil the best business goals.
• Create a target experience for a given product or service.
• Preparing interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, low/hi-fidelity designs.
• Analyze UX “problems” and create design solutions that meet business needs and targets.
• Incorporate market analysis, user feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into recommendations for design.
• Present design concepts to colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

The perfect fit:

• You have minimum of 5 years of commercial experience as a UX designer or similar role backed up by a portfolio.
• You have demonstrable UX design skills in creating web and mobile applications.
• Proven UX design expertise across multiple channels and international markets.
• You are familiar with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe suite etc.
• You are able to clearly and independently communicate your vision and have arguments standing for your design decisions.
• You are fluent in English (B2 level would be a minimum).
