WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Leads sets of features or end-to-end complex workflows.
• Can prepare low and high fidelity mockups. Ability to create a ready-to test prototype.
• Works mostly self-directed, supported by someone more experienced.
• Can define design touchpoints.
• Is able to propose UX measurements and measure user feedback.
• Knows at least one design methodology and is able to plan the research and design process based on it. Design sprint / User Center Design / Design Thinking.
• Is able to engage people in applying the user-centric approach

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing blueprints: including wireframes, workflows, personas, customer journey maps and use cases/scenarios
• Design ready-to-develop user paths using Design System
• Taking an active lead with regards to design (sketch, prototype, wireframe, interaction design plus usability tests)
• Facilitating Design workshops, understand and prioritize user needs, generate ideas and evaluate outcomes
• Benchmarking

MUST HAVE

• UX experience and relevant design portfolio proving UX skills (ideally 3 years).

• Good written and spoken English, comfortable with working in an international environment.
• Expert in several of the tools: we are using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision. Miro.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in eCommerce and/or B2B solutions
• Working with Design systems before
