We’re looking for an experienced and motivated UX Designer to join our team of professionals in Europe and the United States. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies.

Remuneration:

• Regular: PLN 6 000 – 8 000 B2B
• Senior: PLN 8 000 – 10 000 B2B

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Work with the VP of Product to determine objectives
• Identify user problems and needs
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate client workshops
• Create prototypes, user flows, and wireframes
• Perform usability studies
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Determine information architecture

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven record of finding problems that had an impact on business indicators
• Demonstrable creative thinking, paired with strong analytical ability
• Great communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
• Excellent time-management skills
• Desire to learn about new products, technologies, and staying up-to-date on new tools and developments.
• Native or near-native English
