What You Will Do:

As a creative, talented and knowledgeable designer you will work on producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces. This critical role will play a key part in defining, shaping and crafting solutions by delivering outstanding user-centered designs in support of web and mobile experiences. While assimilating business domain knowledge; you be responsible for identifying and translating business requirements and user needs into innovative solutions that are engaging, valuable and usable.

Role:

• Prepare low and high fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes in Axure)
• Design consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices
• Work closely with the development team to create new features from the ground up
• Develop understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data).
• Generate user personas and user scenarios.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UX web/mobile Designer.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Axure or some other prototyping tool.
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, and Javascript.
• Conceptual understanding of User Experience Design and the Design Process.
• Understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
• Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
• Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
