As a UX Designer you will join BBH UX Team to work on visual and interaction design of a range of advanced digital tools. That includes: creating high fidelity (pixel perfect) mockups and clickable prototypes as well as using a comprehensive UX design process that includes: research, design ideation and usability testing.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business and user needs into visual and interaction design
• Creating high fidelity (pixel perfect) mockups
• Independently design advanced interactions – create clickable prototypes
• Proactively contribute to BBH Design System (UX guidelines, patterns and UI components library)
• Participate in design discovery workshops
• Participate in user research
• Experience mapping – creating user journeys and use scenarios for design
• Design Ideation, participate in design workshops
• Participate in usability testing
• Work collaboratively on design with other UX designers, product managers, business analyst.
• Seek and gather feedback from multiple sources.
• Present design and articulate design decisions
• Work collaboratively with development teams and business analysts on implementing UI/UX
• (Optionally) Support development team with CSS coding

Requirements:

• A portfolio of UX design projects that includes software/web applications UI – it is required to share your portfolio while applying
• English – Advanced level in speaking and writing,
• Visual design skills and using Adobe suite (Illustrator or XD in particular),
• Interaction design and prototyping and using appropriate software (like InVision or Axure)
• Ability to work with design systems and UI design patterns,
• Conducting user research and Experience mapping – using journeys and using scenarios for design
• Design Ideation and exploration
• Usability testing
