User Experience Designer

 (Poznan, POLAND)

Are you a talented, passionate and experienced User Experience Designer who wants to join our dynamic and fast-moving company on a permanent basis and work with a brilliant team on cutting-edge projects? As a User Experience Designer you will be working closely with our investment banking clients on high-profile Real Time interactive platforms.

You will be working closely with User Researchers and designers, taking wireframes and sketches and producing rich designs for developers to work on. You will have a lot of client interaction, as well as working with key stakeholders in-house to help build our service offering.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a cross-functional team to design world-class user experiences by translating product requirements into engaging design concepts and simple interaction models, design variations to optimize the KPIs important to the business
• Responsible for the look and feel exploration, conceptual and visual development, and final execution of design directions
• Set style guide and visual design direction
• Ensure designs follow visual standards as well as enhance user experience
• Oversee design development as well as graphic production
• Concept intuitive designs that promote usability and optimize the user experience of our products and features

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years creative experience in consumer design with emphasis on user experience
• Expert knowledge of designer tools and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Well versed in design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography, concept development
• Understands information architecture, user interface essentials, interaction design, brand image management and style guide creation
• Strong knowledge of user-interface and information architecture principles and how to design applications with complex information or functionality
• Understanding of basic IT design principles
• Proven ability to deliver high quality designs to customers/stakeholders in a collaborative environment
• Advanced oral and written English skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; equally at ease speaking with development teams or executives when articulating and advocating design concepts and rationale

Nice to have:

• Degree in design related field including interaction design, industrial design, graphic design, or other related field
• XAML knowledge
