Our Recruitment Process:

1. We’ll call you to get to know you better.
2. You’ll be asked to answer 3 questions about your role in a form of a short video.
3. We’ll challenge your ambition and check your skills with the recruitment task.
4. During face to face meeting you’ll present results of your work and meet the Team.
5. You are in – offer is on the way.

We’ll make sure to give you feedback after each step and inform on our decisions.

Who are you:

• Knowing your trade – you have 3-4+ years of experience as UX Designer, IxD Designer, Information Architect or whatever other buzzword they call us this time.
• Understanding user needs. We are joking – no one really does. But you know that research is a key to successful experiences and want to test, validate using context specific techniques.
• Knowing that UX is not UI. And you’ve actually been doing it. You dig multi-surfaces approach to omni channel experience design that involve touch points, communication and strategy.
• Leading the team to right solutions. You can articulate your design decisions and explain your work, to get Team and Stakeholders onboard.
• Proactive Spirit. You don’t wait for your supervisor to give you orders, but you know why you are here. Constant movement and progress excites you like a christmas gift.
• Communicating on different levels . You get along well with your developers, researchers, project managers, as well as directors and VPs.
• Curious and constant-learner. Our Team believes that when you stop learning you are basically moving backwards. You are looking for opportunities to grow and learn around you.
• Knowing that success is a Team Play. You not only communicate well, but listen to others and validate your assumptions.
