Our team works hand in hand with the 4.0 Industry, including PropTech, MedTech, artificial intelligence, data automation and IoT companies. We focus on solving real-life problems with powerful technology, intuitive design, and consistent product strategy.

We are looking for versatile and self-driven individuals that will enhance our core team and help us deliver the value (quality?) for our clients’ diverse portfolio of products and digital solutions.

Your key responsibilities as a UX Designer at Artifact:

1. Conceptualize and deliver the highest quality design solutions, such as; prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other deliverables.
2. Research, iterate and test design assumptions to meet the needs of end product users, business requirements, and client requests.
3. Engage in content and product strategy, work closely with PMs, POs, developers and stakeholders – to gather requirements, propose solutions and contribute to developing a long-term relationship with our partners.
4. Take an active stance, ignite discussion, share knowledge, and actively seek ways to always deliver the highest quality solutions within a limited timeframe and budget.

Key requirements and skills:

1. Minimum 2 years commercial, on-site (not freelance) experience in UX design or a similar role.
2. Practical knowledge of professional tools, with a strong emphasis on Sketch with plugin-heavy workflows, Axure and Adobe Creative Cloud.
3. Practical knowledge of additional software and tools – Invision, Zeplin, Figma, Marvel, UXPin, etc.
4. Basic understanding and experience of working with modern software development methodologies – Lean, Agile, Adaptive, SCRUM, etc.
5. Fluency in English, both in speech and writing (Polish is not required, although basic language skills will help) with an emphasis on technical terms and vocabulary.
