UX DESIGNER

As a UX designer at Goyello:

• you will be responsible for making informed design decisions that meet user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.
• you will test and iterate design ideas in line with the user-centred approach and prepare design briefs to work iteratively on the best possible solutions.
• you will run product workshops with clients and facilitate Design Sprints, applying user testing methods to validate product hypotheses.

Required experience and skills:

• 2-3 years’ experience in UX and interaction design (please provide portfolio or demonstration of skill set).
• Understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency using rapid prototyping tool of choice.
• Basic experience in user testing.
• Basic digital analytics knowledge, such as Google Analytics or similar platform.
• Good communication skills in English

The ideal candidate has:

• Empathy for Users.
• Ability to give and accept feedback.
• Experience in working in Agile environment.
• UX/UI design portfolio.
• Strong passion for user experience and product design.
• Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to describe design processes, ideas, and solutions to both team and the client.
• Knowledge about lean UX methodology and iterative approach to product development.
