For one of our Client we are looking for:

UX DESIGNER

Location: Cracow

Our Client is a top Cracow-based software house specializing in building advanced systems for online industries in Europe, USA and Australia. The solutions built by our Client are used by tens of millions of users every day and our customers include the great majority of key businesses in the field.

 You will:

• Collaborate with a broad set of teams working with the UX centre of excellence
• Take part in innovation projects and contribute to development of front end platforms and frameworks
• Use whiteboards, paper and digital media to collaborate, test and define new experiences
• Lead development and research workshops with Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Communicate and evangelise UX practice across the business through sharing knowledge and experience
• Ensure consistent experiences across the product suite
• Become the customers voice across products
• Define, follow and build clear, consistent and cohesive design patterns and assets
• Design intuitive, engaging, experiences on products
• Work alongside design team to create a consistent customer experience.

Our Client expects?

• UX Design experience in an e-commerce environment
• Experience of testing and UX processes beyond wire framing
• Responsive design experience is essential
• Native mobile design experience is desirable
• Creative and analytical approach
• Good knowledge of user-centered design principles, information and visual design best practices, including design constraints (performance, web standards, accessibility, etc)
• Understanding target audiences’ needs, motivations, goals and translating them into creative concepts
• Experience creating user journeys, persona’s, wireframes
• Be comfortable creating prototypes and visual walkthroughs
• Ability to work across multiple projects and work streams
• Software: Sketch, Axure, Omnigraffle, Invision, Justinmind and similar tools
• Understanding and Exposure to HTML and CSS and responsive design
• Being collaborative, pro-active and passionate about design and UX
• Having positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Being able to present an up to date online portfolio
